Maplecrest Square makes your fur baby also want to call it home as a pet-friendly community that includes a bark park and plenty of open space to run.
Residents enjoy a basic utility fee ($45 or $55 depending on floor plan), making monthly budgeting easy. This utility fee covers water and sewer, trash service, common area maintenance, and pest control. Electricity is through Appalachian Utility Electric and should be set up in residents’ names before move-in.
