Maplecrest Square makes your fur baby also want to call it home as a pet-friendly community that includes a bark park and plenty of open space to run.
Residents enjoy a basic utility fee ($45 or $55 depending on floor plan), making monthly budgeting easy. This utility fee covers trash service, common area maintenance, and pest control. Electricity is through Appalachian Utility Electric (865-475-2032) and should be set up in residents’ names before move-in.
